Class Information
Reservations are not required, but are encouraged to ensure we save you a spot!
A signed Waiver and Release Form is required before participating in a class. A link to the form will be included in your reservation receipt email.
Payment can be made via Venmo or PayPal ahead of time, or you may pay in person (cash only).

If you need to cancel, please email info@barngirlyoga.com 24 hours before your scheduled class.
Classes are held in the barn and will be held rain or shine.
Class Descriptions
Moderate Yoga
Moderate Yoga is an intermediate class for those with some yoga experience, building on existing strength and flexibility through more dynamic poses and longer holds. Students will strive to articulate each pose and begin to build routines through stretching and flows. In this class, students will also explore some balancing poses which require increased focus and physical stamina.
You’ll discover the importance of every posture and learn to focus your breath and mind in order to conquer more challenging positions. New students are welcome to join, however, the physical demand is greater than in a gentle or beginner’s class.
Please bring a yoga mat.
Gentle Yoga
Experience the many benefits of Gentle yoga by slowing down the pace. Make the practice your own by coming in and out of poses mindfully and aware of breath. Focus is on stretching the spine, shoulders, and hips. Give your body the love and attention it needs through breathing and gentle movement. In these classes we will spend time getting into some gentle stretching as well as some slow movement to warm and loosen the body in a soothing way. These welcoming classes are great for everyone to start the day including beginners and seasoned adults. All will leave feeling relaxed and energized, not to mention healthier and happier! All levels welcome.
