If you plan on attending with a friend, fill out the RSVP form for them separately after you have completed yours, entering their name and email address so that they receive a copy of their reservation and receive instructions on payment and filling out the required Waiver Form.

Experience the many benefits of Gentle yoga by slowing down the pace. Make the practice your own by coming in and out of poses mindfully and aware of breath. Focus is on stretching the spine, shoulders, and hips. Give your body the love and attention it needs through breathing and gentle movement. In these classes we will spend time getting into some gentle stretching as well as some slow movement to warm and loosen the body in a soothing way. These welcoming classes are great for everyone to start the day including beginners and seasoned adults. All will leave  feeling relaxed and energized, not to mention healthier and happier! All levels welcome.

Mats: You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat, however mats are available upon request. You will have the opportunity to reserve one when filling out the required Waiver Form. A link to the waiver form will be included in your reservation receipt email.

Payment options: You can pay cash at the door or pay in advance via Venmo or PayPal using the links below. Your reservation receipt will also contain a copy of these links.

Waiver Form: All participants must have a waiver on file before attending class. A link to the online Waiver Form will be included in your reservation receipt email.

Please arrive to class 10 minutes early to ensure your spot is saved.

Classes are held in the barn and will be held rain or shine.
